Job summary

This entry-level position is part of the manufacturing operations team and located in Ashland. You will work in a manufacturing environment, handling solvents, using tools like brooms, dustpans, safety glasses, and brass scrapers, with a focus on keeping production lines clean and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who works well under pressure and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
• Self-motivated with ability to stay on task and work mostly unsupervised the entire shift.
• Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety guidelines and work process procedures.
• Responsible for cleaning and replacing all filters in finishing area
• Sweep down walls, floors in all finishing area
• Vacuum up debris in the floors of paint lines as needed.
• Scraping wet and dry paint.
• Working with solvents.
