Design, develop, optimize, and execute SPR assays using Biacore 8K+.
Perform kinetic and affinity characterization of biomolecular interactions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, optimize, and execute SPR assays using Biacore 8K+.
Perform kinetic and affinity characterization of biomolecular interactions.
Analyze sensorgrams and interpret binding parameters (ka, kd, KD, Rmax, Chi-square).
Conduct interaction studies with proteins, antibodies, peptides, nucleic acids, and small molecules.
Troubleshoot assay challenges and establish robust workflows.
Prepare reports and client deliverables with high-quality data interpretation.
Ensure compliance with lab quality standards and data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting discovery and lead optimization.
