• Conduct interaction studies with proteins, antibodies, peptides, nucleic acids, and small molecules.

• Ensure compliance with lab quality standards and data integrity.

About the Role

Weare seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with expertise in SurfacePlasmon Resonance (SPR) and Biacore 8K+ to support drug discoveryprograms through kinetic and affinity characterization of biomolecularinteractions. The incumbent will play a critical role in assay development,method optimization, data analysis, and scientific interpretation of bindingstudies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and execute SPR assays using Biacore8K+.
• Perform kinetic and affinity characterization of biomolecularinteractions.
• Analyze sensorgrams and interpret binding parameters including ka,kd, KD, Rmax, Chi-square, and fitting models.
• Conduct interaction studies involving proteins, antibodies,peptides, nucleic acids, and small molecules.
• Troubleshoot assay-related challenges and establish robustexperimental workflows.
• Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and client deliverableswith high-quality data interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, documentationpractices, and data integrity requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting discovery, leadoptimization, and characterization projects.
• Stay updated with advancements in SPR technologies and biophysicalcharacterization techniques.
• Strong hands-on experience with Biacore 8K+ instrumentationand software.
• Expertise in SPR assay development, optimization, andtroubleshooting.
• In-depth understanding of biomolecular interaction analysis andkinetic modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of bindingkinetics.
• Strong scientific communication and technical report-writingskills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Drug Discovery, Biologics, Biosimilars, AntibodyDiscovery, or CRO environments.
• Experience in supporting external clients and multidisciplinaryproject teams.
• Knowledge of complementary biophysical techniques such as BLI, ITC,DSF, DLS, or ELISA is an added advantage.
