CBRE is seeking a SPQREA- Associate to develop business and market commercial properties, negotiating leasing terms, purchases, or sales for clients. The role sits within the Brokerage function and supports residential, office, and commercial properties handled for occupation.
The associate will be involved in prospecting, client meetings, data assembly, and negotiation support while collaborating with attorneys and the CBRE team to ensure compliant transactions.
As a CBRE SPQREA-Associate, you will be responsible for developing business, marketing commercial real estate properties, and negotiating the leasing terms, purchase, or sale of an asset on behalf of clients.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for buying, selling, and letting residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Real Estate License is strongly preferred. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The SPQREA - Associate role is a commission-based role. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine the best commission plan, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The commission plan offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and current industry production.
