Job summary

Mississippi Department of Employment Security is seeking an entry-level Spotter Tractor Driver to move 53-foot trailers between the warehouse and the plant. You will operate a spotter tractor, back trailers precisely, and assist with site logistics on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of driving experience, hold a CDL, and can work rotating shifts including early morning, afternoon, and overnight hours at our Mississippi facility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of driving experience including backing skills.
• Must hold a CDL.
• Ability to operate a spotter tractor and handle 53 ft trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a spotter tractor to move 53 inch trailers from warehouse to plant.
• Work rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
