Job summary

FirstFleet Saltillo, MS is seeking a CDL A spotter for a Mon-Fri schedule from 2pm to 10pm. This on-site role includes moving trailers, maintaining Hours of Service, supporting customers, and keeping equipment in good condition. Home daily with overtime after 40 hours.

Eligible applicants should have spotter experience and a valid CDL A, with a safe driving record. Benefits are offered to support employees and families.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year verifiable spotter experience.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL from state of residence.
• Clean driving/safety record within past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers on/off docks.
• Maintain Hours of Service.
• Provide customer support when needed.
• Maintain FirstFleet equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain yard and terminal areas.
• Home daily.

General Requirements:

• Must possess a Class A CDL from the state of residence
• Must have a minimum of one year verifiable experience
• Must have no chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past 3 years
• Driving/Safety record must meet FirstFleet minimum requirements
• No DUI/DWI, drug or alcohol related convictions within past 5 years
• No careless or reckless driving convictions within past 5 years
