What you need to have is :
Advanced level of English (B2)
Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
Readiness to work on shifts Monday to Sunday
Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skill
High school education
