• Load and unload materials onto welding machine.
• Perform basic setup and adjustment of welding equipment.
• Monitor weld quality and adjust as needed.
• Prepare and clean workpieces before welding.
• Assist assembly of sheet metal parts and components.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Min. Qualifications:

Experience Req:

• Previous On-The-Job Department Training. Will Train.

Job Duties:

• Operate spot welding machines following standard operating procedures
• Load and unload materials onto the welding machine
• Perform basic setup and adjustment of welding equipment
• Monitor the quality of spot welds and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare and clean workpieces before welding
• Assist in the assembly of sheet metal parts and components
• Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Other duties as assigned
