Job summary

Charger Logistics, a world-class asset-based carrier, is hiring a Spot Pricing Analyst to support our growing US commercial operations. You'll own the spot quoting process across key North American lanes—building sharp, margin-aware rates that help our sales team close business and keep our network moving.

Responsibilities include analyzing quotes across FTL and cross-border lanes (US, Canada, Mexico), building competitive spot rates using market data and lane performance, and monitoring margin

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations within a North American trucking or brokerage environment.
• Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment.
• Clear communicator who works well across sales and operations teams.

• Track win/loss ratios on quoted lanes and contribute to ongoing pricing strategy improvements.
• Support ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting requests.
