Job summary

Under Armour in Florida is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. You will deliver standout customer experiences and promote the UA Rewards program while assisting customers on the floor and at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Opportunities for regular part-time and full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
