Job summary

The role involves handling sports ticket payments, maintaining cash banks, and providing excellent guest service. Candidates should be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of six months of cash-handling experience. Responsibilities

• Accurately write and pay tickets for sports wagers.
• Maintain an assigned cash bank throughout the shift.
• Ensure sportsbook stations are clean and stocked.
• Reconcile cash bank at the end of each shift.
• Reconcile cash bank at end of shift per procedures.
• Explain betting lines, odds, and wagering rules to guests.
• Comply with Title 31 and SAR requirements.
• Assist guests with information on amenities and activities.
• Create/input player tracking cards.
• Escalate guest concerns or suspicious activity to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.

• Maintain an assigned cash bank throughout the shift, ensuring accurate handling of payments and change.
• Ensure sportsbook stations are fully stocked and maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
• Process sports wagers and payouts in a timely and precise manner.
• Reconcile cash bank at the end of each shift, adhering to established cash-handling procedures.
• Clearly explain betting lines, odds, and wagering rules to guests.
• Comply with Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements.
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to guests, including information on property amenities and activities.
• Create and input player tracking cards.
• Promptly escalate guest concerns or suspicious activity to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company and departmental matters.
