Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of cash-handling experience.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume environment.
• Cash handling accuracy and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Write, verify, and make payments on sports wagers in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Maintain a cash bank for shift, handling payments and giving correct change.
• Stock sportsbook stations with supplies and keep areas neat.
• Explain wagering rules, lines, and odds to guests.
• Pay out winning tickets accurately and timely.
• Maintain and reconcile the shift bank per policies.
• Provide information and assistance to customers with a friendly attitude.
• Create and enter player tracking cards.
• Escalate guest issues and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality within the department.
