Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a senior leader to define the vision and roadmap for the Data & AI domain within Sportsbook. You will operate at the intersection of product, data science and AI to identify opportunities, build capabilities with internal teams and partners, and drive AI as a differentiator for the Sportsbook.

You will manage a team of product managers and owners, set strategic direction for the Data & AI stream, and ensure prioritized use cases are delivered.

Qualifications

• Strong domain experience from SB and igaming industry.
• Extensive experience working within the Data domain – machine learning, data science, and model development practices.
• Excellent command of the AI tooling landscape.
• Previous experience as a people manager of Product Owners & Managers within the Data Domain.
• Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall vision & direction for the Data & AI stream.
• Own & manage the roadmap for the Data & AI stream.
• Ensure the respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook Data & AI domain – Quality assure prioritized use cases.
• Manage the team of product managers & product owners within the Data & AI domain.
• Build out Betsson SB AI capabilities to support a rich customer experience and to promote operational efficiencies (as prioritized in the Data & AI roadmap).
• Support the adoption journey in SB Product regarding AI – Facilitating adoption of AI tools and sharing best practices.
• Drive out synergies in the Data & AI Domain with other teams outside of Sportsbook.
