This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime for events and summer months, offering growth through hands-on turf maintenance, irrigation checks, and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience with turfgrass maintenance equipment and field duties.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to schedule changes.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance.
• Maintain athletic fields (natural and synthetic turf).
• Conduct daily field inspections.
• Operate landscape equipment and irrigation equipment.
• Lead wage and summer staff.
• Safely apply pesticides and fertilizers.
• Work home football games as required.
