Job summary

Tampa Bay Sun FC is seeking a Groundskeeper for Tampa Bay area in a part-time seasonal role. This position supports athletic field maintenance at the team facility and Suncoat Credit Union Field.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently or with the team to keep fields in top condition. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, field painting, divot repair, turf care for natural and artificial surfaces, and operating turf equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, weeding, and general maintenance of natural grass and turf.
• Assist in field preparation for matches, trainings, and events.
• Paint lines and repair divots on natural and artificial surfaces.
• Operate hand tools and turf equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
