This entry-level role includes structured onboarding and ongoing training to help you build expertise in travel planning and logistics. You will coordinate hotels, transportation, and packages, manage itineraries, and maintain clear client communications.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote or structured environment.
• Customer service, hospitality, or event coordination experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for sporting events, including hotels, transportation, and packages.
