Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience coaching employees and driving guest engagement.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Leads and Retail Associates during shifts.
• Coach, train, and develop team members on sales techniques and guest engagement.
• Monitor performance and provide real-time feedback.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce planning.
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and communicate opportunities to management.
• Maintain merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
