Frontwave Arena in Oceanside seeks a driven Corporate Partnerships Account Executive to generate sponsorship revenue across Frontwave Arena, the San Diego Clippers (NBA G League), the San Diego Sockers (MASL), and the new FPHL franchise. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to closing and will report to the Manager of Corporate Partnerships.

You will identify new opportunities, develop relationships with local, regional, and national companies, and craft customized marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, sponsorship, or related experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-arena events as needed.

Responsabilités

• Drive new corporate partnership revenue across Frontwave Arena and related properties.
• Prospect, research, and develop qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, LinkedIn, and events.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and arena tours with prospective partners.
• Learn each prospect's business objectives and develop creative sponsorship solutions.
• Develop and present sales decks and proposals for new marketing partners.
• Create customized sponsorship proposals utilizing arena, digital, hospitality, and game-day assets.
• Develop sponsorship packages delivering measurable value while maximizing revenue.
• Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and client records.
• Attend events to entertain prospects and build relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure opportunities are creative and executable.
