Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Manager, Sponsorship Activation & Fulfillment for Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, and the Coachella Valley Lakers. You will oversee delivery of sponsorship assets and activations across venue and teams for assigned partners, ensuring brand standards are met and assets are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or Sports Management.
• 3–5+ years sponsorship experience in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients.
• Creative problem solver with ability to grow brands/partners’ business.
• Excellent communicator with proven presentation skills.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsorship accounts across Acrisure Arena, Coachella Valley Firebirds, and Coachella Valley Lakers, planning and delivering sponsors’ contractual elements.
• Develop and deliver measurable sponsorship platforms across venue, hockey, and basketball properties, ensuring asset fulfillment.
• Lead ROI/ROO demonstrations and provide mid-season and year-end recaps and case studies.
• Oversee renewals and identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing partners.
• Serve as on-site contact for activations during games and events; coordinate with internal teams and partners.
