Catena is seeking a Social Media Specialist to own day-to-day organic social for US sports brands, integrating with Content, SEO, Lifecycle/CRM, Multimedia, and Legal teams. You will produce sports-native content—data cards, live reactions, and odds visuals—while ensuring affiliate disclosures and compliance.

AI tools scale work under human review. You will manage content across X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord, monitor KPIs, and collaborate on a data-driven social strategy that aligns

Formación

• 3+ years in sports betting or sports media social roles.
• Fluent US sports knowledge: NFL, NBA, MLB, spreads and lines.
• Native English copywriting for social platforms.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools.
• GA4 and UTMs basic analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, publish, and optimize sports content across platforms based on a content calendar.
• Create data-visualized content: stats cards, odds snapshots, and live moments.
• Produce short-form video (CapCut, Premiere) from data and live events.
• Use AI-assisted workflows with final human QA and compliance review.
• Repurpose content with SEO, lifecycle/CRM, and multimedia teams.
• Tag all links with UTM parameters per internal standards.
