Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook or similar role.
• Valid food handler's permit.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Solid culinary techniques, knife handling and sanitation.
• Proficient with kitchen equipment and sanitation practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication for teamwork.
• Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with coworkers.
• Able to stand long shifts in high-temp environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

In this exciting role, you’ll prepare delicious dishes, maintain a spotless workstation, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our valued members.

This is a full-time, fully on-site position.

What You’ll Do

• Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare food products consistently according to our established recipes, showcasing your culinary creativity.
• Mise en Place Mastery: Set up your station and prep daily ingredients like a pro—organization is key!
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace that meets health department regulations.
• Safety First: Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or injuries. Your safety and the safety of your team matter.
• Promote Excellence: Embrace our MAC code of conduct, delivering top‑notch service to every member.
• Other Fun Tasks: Be ready to take on various duties as assigned, keeping your day exciting!

What You Bring

• Experience: One year of experience as a line cook or in a similar position; a culinary arts degree is a plus.
• Certifications: A valid food‑handler’s permit.
• Reliable Attendance: We need your commitment—regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Kitchen Skills: Culinary techniques, knife handling, and sanitation.
• Equipment Savvy: Proficient in using all kitchen equipment and a keen understanding of sanitation practices.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
