First Roles in Stamford, CT is seeking a Production Finance Analyst to partner with USA Sports’ production teams. You will help budget, track and analyze program costs, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.

The role involves managing accounts payable, coordinating approvals with operators and vendors, and presenting regular financial updates. You will support planning, closing, and ad hoc projects to drive financial performance.

• Assist with creating, tracking and actualizing production budgets for accurate cost forecasting
• Prepare and present ad hoc financial analyses to operators
• Own accounts payable responsibilities; accurately code invoices, coordinate approvals, update operators and team members, and work with vendors as needed
• Support financial planning and annual budget efforts: pacing and reporting, identifying risks and opportunities
• Assist with monthly closing process: journal entries, variance analysis, and post close financial reporting
• Lead regular financial update meetings with operators
• Participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary
