NBCUniversal's NBC Sports team in Stamford is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage day-to-day production finances, including payment, tracking, budgeting and forecasting. Collaborate with FP&A, Controllership and Program Finance to deliver meaningful insights on spending and cost trends to Leadership.

The role emphasizes ownership of monthly closings, budgeting processes, and cost tracking across production properties, with opportunities to influence financial outcomes and drive process

Qualificações

• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, journal entries and GL processes.
• Ability to prepare financial analyses and reporting for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Actively involved in Production Budget processes with budget prep for upcoming season.
• Attend budget meetings and manage follow-up with Scheduling department.
• Own accounts payable for assigned sports, code invoices and coordinate approvals.
• Post expenses in show models and reconcile to General Ledger.
• Provide financial analyses to operators and participate in ad hoc projects.
