Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in sports performance.
• BLS certification required; CSCS/ACE/NASM/USAW/ACSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Sports Performance department and facility.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive department targets including financial, client satisfaction, and growth goals.
• Develop and train staff in workouts, programs, and coaching techniques.
• Ensure safety, privacy and regulatory compliance across facilities.
