Responsibilities

• Coach group and private Sports Performance sessions per client needs.
• Lead warm-ups, workouts, and cooldowns with a high-energy environment.
• Track client progress and report results to supervisors.
• Maintain safety and adjust movements/weights to prevent injuries.
