This is a part-time hourly position ($24k-$30k/year) progressing to a full-time coaching role, combining coaching soccer skills, strength and conditioning, and athletic mentoring.

It is dedicated exclusively to student athletes and is the only true year-round Sports Performance Academy for ages 8-18 that combines functional athletic training with mental toughness and sports skills development to maximize athletic performance and mental resilience.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role that will develop into a full-time position for a Sports Performance Coach specializing in Soccer. Responsibilities include creating and implementing training programs to improve athletic performance—covering strength & conditioning, speed, agility, injury prevention, soccer skills, and mental toughness—and providing ongoing mentorship to athletes and their families to support athletic development.

Qualifications

• Previous Women's Soccer collegiate athlete experience (Required)
• Experience in athletic performance and training
• Coaching and mentoring student athletes
• Expertise in strength & conditioning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in progress or obtained: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, USA-W, Coaching Licenses
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field (Required)

Additional beneficial experiences include playing and working with women's soccer, working with young athletes, and having a personal sports background.
