Yula Boys High School is seeking an energetic and experienced Women's Varsity Tennis Coach to develop young athletes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills and serve as a mentor while managing the program's daily operations. Responsibilities include coaching, program development, and maintaining athlete performance and attendance. This part-time position offers an opportunity to shape the student-athletes both on and off the court.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid Certification required or ability to be certified.
• Successful background check is mandatory.
• Driver's License Required: Class B with Passenger Endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

YULA High School Girls Division is looking for an energetic, passionate and experienced coach to serve as the Women's Varsity Tennis Coach.

Our school is seeking an applicant who will teach and mold these young women into student-athletes. You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Assisting participants in the development of the required physical and sport-specific skills is a must. We strive ourselves on putting the person before the player, and being a team player with the YULA Family.

Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• Develop professional relationships with the student-athletes and parents
• Help to grow and develop the Tennis program
• Required to be on the bus for all home and away games
• Having close contact with the Athletic Director
• Supervise all aspects of the program
• Responsible for inventory making sure to keep track of all of our equipment
• Monitor student-athletes attendance, behavior and academic status
• Perform other related duties assigned by the athletic direction
• Attend the end of the year sports banquet
• Attend on Campus Events
• Complete the NFHS Coaching courses provided by the Athletic Director prior to coaching

Qualifications Coaching and higher level playing experience is desired Advanced knowledge of the sport
