Job summary
PTMatch in San Francisco is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Sports/Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, ego-free team. You will evaluate and treat athletic clients, design performance-focused rehab plans, and work with a dedicated PT aide to support recovery.
The role offers a starting salary of $95,000–$120,000, with potential path to clinic ownership, student-loan repayment, and ongoing CE and network opportunities within Team USA Sports Medicine and Women’s Health
Qualifications
- Accredited physical therapy degree and California licensure or eligibility.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in orthopedic or sports PT is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
- Build individualized rehab plans aligned with patient goals.
- Direct and collaborate with your PT aide.
- Communicate with referring physicians and clinical team.
- Participate in monthly clinical and admin in-services.
- Contribute to community education, injury prevention, and performance programs.
