Healing Motion Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a fitness-forward orthopedics/sports physical therapist who shares our values and culture.

We are moving in November 2026 into a 6,000 square foot facility with turf, racks, and full fitness gear to help patients reach their fitness goals. Ideal candidates hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy, current Oregon PT licensure, CPR certification, and a Credentialed Clinical Instructor credential.

Qualifications

• DPT from CAPTE-approved program.
• Current Oregon licensure for physical therapy.
• CPR certification current.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Credentialed Clinical Instructor status.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and reevaluations per physician orders and patient goals.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Provide interventions within scope of practice with established competencies.
• Maintain documentation in patient records per HMPT policies and payer requirements.
• Supervise front office staff and Student Physical Therapists as needed.
• Coordinate student observation hours and affiliations with CI and schools.
• Engage in community involvement and mentorship activities.
• Uphold clinic standards for efficiency, patient care, and professional conduct.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (CAPTE accredited)

Oregon PT licensure

CPR certification
