Overview of Position

This is a Full Time (35 hour/wk) physical therapist position. This position also requires a dedication to personal and professional growth, healing culture, and building connected relationships with patients to get them better.

Responsibilities / Duties & Expectations

• Among our six core values (teamwork, accountability, emotional intelligence, integrity, fun, customer service), achieve quarterly goals including:
• Minimum treatment visits per month: 110 visits (approximately 26–27 per week, 5–6 patients per day)
• Minimum number of referrals/leads per month: 2–4
• Participation in networking/community outreach as needed (1–2 per month)
• Achieve successful patient outcomes with 90%+ satisfaction rate within your capabilities
• Attend weekly meetings and complete treatment notes in a timely fashion
• Active dedication to clinical mentorship (monthly, weekly meetings)

Qualifications

• Willingness to grow/learn, ability to connect with people and build rapport, and a desire to feel fulfilled by the work you do
• Education: DPT or DPT-equivalent
• License/Certification: PT License (or PTLA), CPR Certification
• Setting: Sports Rehab, Youth Athletes, Older Athletes
• Experience: Sports physical therapy (preferred)
• Ability to commute to Sausalito, CA 94965 (Required)

Schedule

Flexible, Full-Time with 27–35 treatment hours per week. There must be a minimum of 36 slots available each week for treatment sessions, and you must be present for weekly staff meetings. Part of the role includes setting your schedule to fit a 4-day or 5-day model as long as those constraints are met.

• Pay: $90,200 – $108,200 per year (80k base, plus monthly bonuses)
