Job summary

BDA, Inc. is hiring a Sales Assistant - Sports to support the Sales Ops team with sports administration and on-site operations at our Woodinville, WA office. This full-time hourly role focuses on merchandise samples, event setup, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must maintain high levels of professionalism and service.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities from multiple constituents.
• Excellent organization, communication and writing skills.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Basic project management skills.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize team’s supplies including merchandise samples.
• Assist with set-up and staffing events for clients, coordinating with event staff.
• Provide weekly team updates.
• Manage sports assets (tickets and suites) for distribution.
• Support Think Tank photography and sample organization year-round.
• Track and replenish the gift closet and ship pre-pros/early samples daily.
• Manage Sample Cage in warehouse and create travel boxes of new products.
• Stock and clean the bobblehead sample closet.
• Distribute entertainment property flyers with samples to teams.
• Track all leagues promo schedules and prepare documents for meetings.
