BDA Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Game Day Retail Associate to engage customers, share product knowledge, and assist with purchases while maintaining an energetic, organized sales floor. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service during high-energy game events.

You will operate the POS system, stock shelves, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, fan-friendly experience throughout shifts, including day and evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Stocking: familiarity with inventory control and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.

• Assist in converting the store from one team's merchandise to another team's, as needed
• Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
• Tag new items and stage for display on sales floor
• Product: Will assist with receiving shipments, and verifying incoming inventory against packing lists.
• Product: Restock, fold, and organize the storage room and sales floor

JOB SUMMARY

As a Game Day Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: Starting at $22.28/hour
Shift Start: Day shift (product): from 9-10 until 3-5 pm
Shift End: Primarily 3-5 pm and ends when the game ends, usually no later than 11:30pm
