Qualifications
Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic exercises.
Ability to work collaboratively with medical doctors and athletic trainers.
Experience in outpatient sports medicine is preferred.

Design and implement individualized, performance-based rehabilitation programs.
Work in partnership with physicians and athletic trainers for seamless care coordination.
Skills
Proficiency in evaluating and diagnosing patients with musculoskeletal disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of orthopedic injuries and sports medicine principles
Education
Master's or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
CPR and First Aid certification
