Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a Sports Medicine background to join our Greater Baltimore area practice. The role focuses on musculoskeletal and orthopedic care with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, no on-call requirements, and full benefits.

Coverage will occur at Baltimore-area offices in Box Hill and Essex, offering a collaborative multidisciplinary team and opportunities to help patients reduce pain and restore function.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Sports Medicine background and strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Active, unrestricted Maryland medical license.
• Favorable malpractice history.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial consultations and follow-up visits.
• Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions.
• Order and review diagnostic imaging, labs, and other testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate in-house therapies and referrals.
• Assist patients with safe return to work and activity.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
