Job summary

The Westfield Area YMCA is hiring part-time Sports Instructors to organize, supervise and instruct sports classes that align with YMCA character development goals. Fall youth programs include basketball, football, kickball, soccer, T-ball and more.

Qualifications

• Min 16 years old
• Enthusiastic attitude and good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of various sports such as T-ball, basketball, soccer, track
• Experience working with children a plus

Job description

The Westfield Area YMCA is looking to hire part-time Sports Instructors to join our team. The Sports Instructor is responsible for organizing, supervising and instructing sports classes that enable participants to learn basic sport-specific skills that apply the philosophy and goals of YMCA character development.

The Y is offering Fall youth sports programs in basketball, football, kickball, soccer, T-ball and more.
