Job summary

University of North Texas in Denton is seeking a Senior Program Project Coordinator to act as the operational engine for student-facing programs at the Murphy Center. You will guide pitch competitions, drive marketing to boost participation, and build a campus-to-accelerator pipeline with clear KPI targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years in education- or entrepreneurship-related program management, with a strong emphasis on events, marketing and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Psychology, Business, Data Science and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Competitions - End-to-end management of Spring and Fall pitch competitions. Coordinate judges, venues, catering, prize disbursement.
• Marketing and Outreach - Develop and execute semester-based marketing calendar. Manage social media, email campaigns, campus pop-ups, and tabling.
• Pipeline Development - Identify high-potential student founders from competitions and route them to Gener8tor Alpha/Beta cohorts or EIR mentorship.
• Reporting and Admin - Track and report KPIs. Coordinate with Admin Assistant on budget reconciliation and procurement.
