Job summary

Dorado Beach Resort & Club is seeking a House Person to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas. You will clean and sanitize restrooms, stairwells, elevators, and hallways, while supporting operations to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Members, Guests, and team members. Full availability for rotating shifts and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic.

As a House Person at Dorado Beach Resort & Club, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of public and back-of-house areas. You will support the team by cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, stairwells, elevators, hallways, and other common areas; maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces; assisting with operational needs to ensure a smooth and efficient service; properly maintaining and storing supplies and equipment; and following all safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our Members, Guests, and team members.

Job Requirements

Full availability to work rotating shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

1 year of relevant housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to identify issues and resolve problems efficiently.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
