Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and advance assigned work through construction documents.
• Prepare design development drawings, technical details, and coordinated Revit models.
• Research and apply applicable building codes and regulatory standards.
• Communicate design progress and coordinate deliverables with project teams and clients.
• Coordinate architectural design solutions with internal Engineering staff and consultants.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Construction teams on project scope, constructability, and design approach.
• Support construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field coordination.
