• Coordinate architectural design solutions with internal Engineering staff and consultants.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Construction teams on project scope, constructability, and design approach.

Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project Designer II to join our growing team. This role will take greater ownership of architectural design development and construction documents while working closely with Project Architects and Managers. The designer will coordinate with internal engineering, estimating, and construction teams to deliver sports facilities from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and advance assigned work through construction documents
• Prepare design development drawings, technical details, and coordinated Revit models
• Research and apply applicable building codes and regulatory standards
• Communicate design progress and coordinate deliverables with project teams and clients
• Coordinate architectural design solutions with internal Engineering staff and consultants
• Collaborate with Estimating and Construction teams on project scope, constructability, and design approach
• Support construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field coordination

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to independently manage assigned design tasks within a collaborative studio environment
• Strong professional verbal and written communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of building design, technical detailing, code research, construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction administration
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs

Education & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of architectural design experience preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and/or equivalent comparable work experienceo
• Proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign
