Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Sports Facility Manager in Lindon, UT to lead a high-energy guest-focused team and drive business growth. You’ll recruit and develop staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure top guest service across leagues, memberships, and partnerships.

2+ years of supervisory experience in sports or operations, plus a background in sales or customer service, are required. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus.
• Team sports, recreation, fitness, or sports facility experience is a plus.
• Learn how to recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop facility team members.
• Support revenue growth through league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Assist with daily sports facility operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, maintenance, and facility standards.
• Deliver a great guest experience by greeting players, resolving issues, and helping guests feel valued

Responsibilities

• Track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager
