Job description

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and consistent with the Christian mission, the Sports Director is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all youth & summer camp sports programs at the West Cabarrus YMCA. These programs include, but are not limited to, soccer, flag football, volleyball, and basketball. The Sports Director will also collaborate directly with the Youth Development Director and assist with programming for participants in the After School Program and Summer Camp Program.
