Monster Energy is seeking a strategic Lead for creative development and content localization to guide global campaigns from concept through delivery. You will align production workflows, rights management, and governance with a diverse, worldwide team.

You’ll partner with Sports Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital, Post-Production, Partnerships, Field Marketing, and PR to ensure timely, on-brand content across actionsports, MMA, and motorsports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Communications, Marketing, PR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years of content creation experience.
• 5+ years of digital intake/content management experience.
• Ability to fit with team culture beyond basic requirements.

Responsibilities
