Monster Energy is seeking a multidisciplinary Content Manager to translate creative direction into premium assets. You will film, edit, shoot, and lead production across campaigns, ensuring fast delivery and alignment with brand vision.

You bring 3+ years of lifestyle-brand content experience, strong Adobe CC skills, and a track record of collaborating across teams to execute complex projects. Hybrid/onsite in Corona, CA, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years producing and managing content for lifestyle brands.
• 3+ years across multiple social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Media Encoder; DaVinci a plus.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, audio capture, and production equipment.
• Strong DAM systems and collaborative creative workflows.
• Familiarity with Frame.io, ClickUp, Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for content creation and workflow automation.
• Understanding of platform specs and best practices across major channels.
• Experience with color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to production of short to long-form content from filming to distribution.
• Assist with social media integration for offline and online campaigns.
• Work across cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to deliver on-time content.
• Create brand-centric content across digital channels and meetings.
• Manage scope, schedule, and overall project delivery for timely results.
• Ability to film brand content with short turnaround and high production quality.
• Provide a resource to film, edit, and produce quick-turn assets.
• Coach and develop a team of Content Producers.
• Coordinate special projects for leadership meetings.
