Job summary

Elevo Coach role involves leading K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s SEL curriculum. You will guide groups with energy and care, keeping activities on schedule and aligned with the curriculum.

Coordinate with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment; manage behavior, build confidence, and support social skills development among students.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to lead structured activities using a curriculum.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Positive role model who promotes well-being and teamwork.
