Job summary

Elevo is hiring an after-school coach to work with K–8 students in Westminster, CA. You will lead engaging sports and activities, following Elevo’s SEL-based curriculum, and serve as a positive role model in a school setting.

Responsibilities include managing groups of up to 20 students, coordinating with school staff, and delivering sessions on schedule. Paid training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and model positive behavior.
• Experience with K–8 or school-age children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment and manage group dynamics.
• Collaborate with school staff and other coaches to support learners.
• Be punctual and adapt activities as plans shift.
