Job summary

The role requires weekend/evening availability, a year of retail or sports collectibles experience, and basic computer skills. Training covers product knowledge, upselling, and POS operations, with a friendly, customer-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or passion for trading cards.
• At least 1 year in retail, trading or sports industry.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
• Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems.
• General cash handling, operating the register and processing payments.
• Setting and attaining sales goals.
• Promoting CardVault in a positive and professional manner.
• Recommending best products to customers.
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing.
• Other duties as assigned.
