Job summary

CardVault by Tom Brady is hiring a Retail Associate for a part-time role in Pittsburgh. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to products while handling cash, processing payments, and meeting sales goals.

You will upsell, promote promotions, and provide excellent service. Experience with trading cards is preferred, with a demand for reliable weekend/evening availability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trading cards or passion for the hobby.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and guest communication.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and guest service standards.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing payments.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
• Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions.
• Handling cash and processing payments at the register.
• Setting and attaining sales goals.
• Providing product and promotions guidance to customers.
• Upselling to increase store sales.
• Promoting CardVault professionally.
• Restocking and cleaning the store throughout the day.
