Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Sports Bar General Manager to lead the store’s operations, drive profitability, and oversee a management team including AGM, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager, and Kitchen Manager.

You’ll direct training initiatives and community involvement to ensure top performance and a premier guest experience. You will manage staff, budgets, and promotional efforts, while ensuring safety, health codes, and responsible alcohol service are followed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
• Experience in managing a team and directing work
• Strong understanding of Profit and Loss statement analysis
• Education: high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred
