Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Sports Bar General Manager to lead the local restaurant team, drive performance, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee the AGM, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager and Kitchen Manager, while guiding training, engagement, and community initiatives.

You should bring a track record of restaurant management, strong labor and safety knowledge, and a passion for coaching teams to exceed business targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership and development of a Restaurant Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and supervising staff; training and coaching.
• Managing budgets and financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and alcohol service standards.
• Overseeing stock, pricing, and promotional displays; driving sales and profitability.
