You will supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate events and promotions to attract guests.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and fluency in English, with certification in alcohol awareness or food safety as needed by local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement; 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service setting preferred.
• Hospitality management degree or college coursework is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit may be required by local/state authority.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food/beverage outlets or a portion of operations.
• Plan and organize work and communicate policies and procedures.
• Recommend staffing actions in line with company rules.
• Maintain inventory security and proper storage; monitor cash/transactions.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs.
• Coordinate events and assist in marketing programs for menu items.
• Ensure staff training and certification; monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
